Chocolove xoxox Extreme Dark Chocolate 88%

About: Chocolove is manufactured in Boulder Colorado, where they claim the dry, mountain air is part of their secret "European tradition" chocolate making. Um.. okay. The chocolate, at least according to the web site, is a founder's pursuit of a dream. A guy that eats two chocolate bars a day who developed a passion for chocolate and founded a company and the rest is history. \

They currently make about 24 varieties of chocolate, with this bar being the darkest of them all.

Flavor:  Like many high cocoa content bars, the flavor takes a while to come. I'd not say that it's very fruity, but it's a deep, pleasing flavor with only a hint of bitterness. +1 

Texture: Good and smooth.Very nice. Not brittle. I like.

My rating: A very good bar with a solid 7. For above average texture and solid, if not overwhelmingly subtle, flavor.
